In today’s edition of Geek Gamers here on This Week in Geek. Birdman checks out the annual Microsoft media preview event in Toronto called “X-10″ which showcases some of the hottest and anticipated games of the year.Its like a mini E3 in our own Canadian backyard with some incredible hands on times with games like Rock Band 3, Call of Duty:Blacks ops, Halo:Reach and even the just announced Mortal Kombat. It’s a games explosion of goodness! Birdman and his Intern Andrew “Dewy” Stewart trek to Toronto and check out what will be coming out this Holiday season and if it’ll be worth your time and money!
Birdman also shares his impression on Kinect, Windows Phone 7 and other hot third party titles as well!

We look at a game that was 12 years in the making for hype and waiting for us PC gamers!

So what better place to colonize then a planet full of hostile aliens and an even worse environment?
Why of course E.D.N II, a bargain planet if you can handle all the crap thrown at you!
Birdman loads up his NEVEC armor and heads off to gather some thermal enegry and kill giant bugs via Starship troopers….but does he come back alive when he is backed by the stupidest AI this side of the short bus?
Is Lost planet 2 worth suiting up or should we perhaps try a planet that is filled with less hostile aliens?
