TWiG topic show episode 123: Sitcom celebration

For the month of July we will be delving into the world of the Sit-Com! Most of you know what a sitcom is, but for those that might not…. A Sitcom is the abbreviated word for Situation Comedy. A sitcom is defined as a comedy that takes place in the home or workplace with a varied cast of characters that interact with each other. Some good examples of great sitcoms are The Honeymooners, Happy Days, The Cosby Show, Cheers, ALF, Boy Meets World, Seinfeld, Dharma & Greg, The Big Bang Theory, Arrested Development, Community, and so many more! So sit back, pop them recliners, grab that remote, and some popcorn… as we take you through the Sitcoms of the 80s, 90s, and today. As well as spotlighting a few of the older sitcoms! Because here at This Week In Geek we’ve got everything you need!
