We return from the wastes and it’s time to get serious with our bard, Mike “The Birdman” Dodd.
In this episode of “Botched Roll” we tackle a fairly serious topic, mental health. Birdman has made no secret that he has depression and worse but what he hasn’t share is how the RPG industry helped save his life on multiple occasions. Mike fires from the hip and shares his experiences from high school to now and how a few simple dice helped change hie life and turn it around. Advice is also given on what you can do if you want to find an outlet or a group of people to play with or even just where to seek help from a professional.
You don’t have to be alone and you don’t have to suffer in silence.
Depression is quite serious and if left unchecked can be a killer.
So please, take a listen as Mike “The Birdman” Dodd talks about depression, RPGs and the impact they can have on your life.
