RAD episode 238-Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning

In today’s edition of RAD, Birdman is talking about EA’s latest outing with Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning! This game has had an interesting development cycle which originally began as an MMO but then became this single player adventure with MMO tropes. The game has a story slung by RA Salvatore of a fantasy genre giant and art based from Spawn’s Todd McFarlane…I mean it’s got some winning components right? An engaging combat system and a neat character progression system manage to suck in Birdman…but something keeps him from fully engrossing himself in the world of fae.
Does the plight of the fae lands bring the Birdman solider to it’s ranks or is this just another way to kill time til Mass Effect 3 comes out?
