Welcome back to the Nerd News Network!
In this week’s episode of the Nerd News Network, we bring back 2 out of 3 Mike’s, A Spada and an Uneven flow to the geekiest outlet for news from round the world. We talk about Solar powered planes and it will eventually lead to the development of Skynet, A Megaman MMO and how we have a new Hulk for the upcoming avengers movie. We cover all these stories and even develop into some other discussions and how Darth Vader must have pissed off old George Lucas and can’t come out to play anymore. The Nerd News features reviews of one of the most unappreciated games of last year for the Nintendo Wii and Birdman takes a trip to place where Ed Hardy and fist pumping are just a regular part of the day for most.
Trust me, its good and you should listen!

The new A Boy And His Blob is SOOOOO much better than the original. For one, you don’t run out of jellybeans. That was really the deal breaker with the original. The beans were finite, so you could actually get dicked out of winning the game just for using the wrong beans too many times. And it was really easy to do so.

I liked the voice of the kid. It’s adorable. You need kids to appreciate that. Err… or nieces and nephews, like I have.

The new game is so much more aesthetically pleasing than the original or almost any other game on the Wii. I like the bright, earthy colors. It’s not brown like LOTR, but also isn’t OMGXTREEEM COLORZ, either. It’s very nice. That’s the way games should be designed.

You’re right. It is a shame it didn’t do better. I guess there wasn’t enough f!#%ing waggle.

Hey, guys, just started listening and I’m really digging it, so I’d hate to to launch negativity, but Ryan, your attack on Nicholas Cage seems to show that you did not see Kick-Ass, which, first of all, I hereby cast nerdly shame on you for this transgression (and withdraw it immediately if you have seen it), and second, waether or not you have seen it, you cannot say Nic Cage should stop acting after seeing that. I grant you that the guy’s been in a LOT of bad movies, but he’s not beyond redmeption.

Don’t get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for Ryan, but come on, dude, you should know the fallacy of blanket statements.
